Here are some of the frequently asked questions we receive. If your question isn’t answered here, please get in touch.

What type of carpets do you supply?

We can supply any type of carpet in any price range, and can even get carpets custom made to your own design or colour.

Do you supply and install hard floorings as well?

Yes, we work with Amtico and Karndean but not with any wood, laminate or tiled floor coverings.

Can you supply custom edging / borders to your carpets?

Yes, our measuring and fitting service includes borders for carpets. All borders are cut and stitched in our warehouse to ensure accuracy and to minimise the fitting time on-site.

Can I supply my own binding fabric?

Yes, provided we think it’s suitable.

Will you deliver samples to the premises?

Yes, we’re happy to deliver samples to help with your selection.

Do you use stain inhibitors and carpet protectors?

Yes, in areas that are likely to get soiled we will use stain inhibitors and carpet protectors to ensure the carpet’s appearance is maintained.

Do you fit carpets supplied by another company?

No, to ensure the quality of the finished look we source and supply all our own carpets, which must pass our quality control checks before we accept them into our warehouse.

Do you only provide carpet planning services for private houses?

No, we provide carpets for hotels, boardrooms, corporate headquarters, yachts and private jets, in fact anywhere a carpet might be required.

Do you only work in London?

No. Although the majority of our UK work is in London and our offices and warehouse are in London we travel anywhere in the UK and all around the world providing carpet planning and fitting services. In particular our specialist expertise in carpeting yachts is recognised throughout European and American ports.

Is there any way my clients can buy from you direct?

No, we only work with interior designers and do not have a showroom with prices on display.

I’ve got lots of projects on and run to very tight timescales. How can I make sure I’m at the premises when your staff arrive?

We’re very aware of the problem, that’s why we always arrange appointments for a specific time, never just ‘after 10am’, ‘before 12’, or ‘some time in the afternoon’. Also, if we are running late we’ll always call to let you know and to re-arrange for another day if necessary. This applies to all visits, from initial estimate through to the final fitting.

Will I need to arrange for cleaners to come in after the carpets have been fitted?

No. We always remove and dispose of old floor coverings, replace furniture and leave the area clean and tidy, ready for immediate use.

What happens if there’s any damage to my client’s premises?

It doesn’t happen very often, but if we do cause any damage it will always be repaired at our cost.
